In August 2012, Maria Hicks, have contributed the funds for another one wells to support the Clean Water & Education Project (CWEP) for helping the Cambodian poor people in the rural villages of Siem Reap province for taking advantage of the clean water for clean drinking and feeding the lesser crops nearby the well.
The construction of the wells is built on the own property of a family but use for share with the families around. The beneficiaries would be very happy to benefit the donations. The donations can be change their life to be better. They are now having clean water to drink and feeding the lesser crops nearby the well. They are less to worry about looking for water from somewhere that sometime everywhere dries up. They are very poor that they don't have much money to construct the well for clean water because they earn a limit income. Before they drank the muddy water from the dug well in the ground depth of 2 meters deep. Now they have clean water from the thrilled ground and there would make their life to be better.
Thank you very much to Maria Hicks, Jill Barr, Jane Denniston, Irina White on your gernerous support our CWEP to survive the poor people of Cambodia by providing the clean water pump well for clean drinking. Me, a CWEP Coordinator and Mrs. Graciela ANDRADE-CIANFRINI (Fundraiser ), we are really very appreciate to Mrs. Maria Hicks as a Project Supporter and Fundraiser that helps in raising the funds from to support the Project. Special thanks to their generous kind donations helping the poor Cambodian people in the dry region.
