In year 2010, Mr. Dylan Covey Jose & Mrs. Amelia Eun-Aejose, the relatives of Mr. Robert Campbel and Mrs. Ginger Hobart, (USA), have donated a clean water pump well for the families in a rural area in Siem Reap province. The construction of the well is built on the own property of a family but uses for share with the families around.

The beneficiaries would be very happy to benefit the donation. The clean water well is really very important for the poorest families and their children in obtaining the right to clean water for drinking, cooking, bathing as well as serving the lesser crops close by the well. Since every years they have met the problem with the drinking water that in the dry season it always dries up, everywhere with dries and brown. In order to get the water to drink they dug the well in the ground with 1.5m-2m deep to get the water but the water in this depth is not clean (muddy water), and they drink this. It is not a good idea. On the contrary, in the rainy season every where with flooding. The flooding is covers the dug well, they change to get the water from the dug well to drink the flooding water instead. With these ways, would make them get sick because of the water not clean for drinking.

Finally, they have the clean water from the ground to drink. They can obtain the water from the pump well every seasons even if the rainy season is not a problem for them. On the behalf of the poor Cambodian people and in the name of CWEP Project Coordinator with Mrs. Gracieal ANDRADE-CIANFRINI (CWEP Project Team), we are really appreciate to Mr. Dylan & Mrs. Amelia with the whole family that have generous support our Project to help the poor Cambodian people. We are please perform from our deep heartfelt to thank you very much to Mr. Dylan & Mrs. Amelia that have charity to help the Cambodian poor people in surviving them the clean water to drink.
